The Battery Refresher TPS42274/12V regenerates the lead batteries. The sulphate contained in the battery disposits in cause of time on the lead plates. By current pulses in a certain, very high frequency (natural frequency of the crystals) the sulfate crystals will dissolve in of the battery acid. The surface of the lead plates that come in contact to the battery acid increased and simultaneously the capacity of the lead acid also increased. To protect the battery against recharging, the refresher only works, if the battery voltage range is ≥ 12.9 V. This product is protection marking IP 65 compliant.
